Get to Know Us: Mark Rollin

The faces behind AucCom

by Sarah Brown

The senior software engineer for Auctiva Commerce is Mark Rollin, who has been with Auctiva for more almost three years.

When Rollin first started with Auctiva Commerce, he was largely focused on developing the Store Designer, which was a big project the team spent months developing from scratch. The idea originated from a merchant, and has been one of the most successful additions to Auctiva Commerce.

“I’m particularly proud that it’s been pretty much error-free since we launched it,” Rollin says.

The Store Designer was built in such a way to allow sellers to develop their stores beyond what competitors allow. The only thing Rollin would change about the tool is to make it slightly more user friendly.

Developing a love for development

Rollin grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and studied computer science at Chico State in the late 1980s. During his final semester, he got a summer job developing desktop software for use the medical field. Today, he continues to get contract work outside of Auctiva to create tools that enable doctors to better do their jobs.

While his background consists of desktop development, Rollin knows mobile technology is the wave of the future, and he’s eager to continue learning Web-development technologies. That’s why he likes working on the Auctiva Commerce team; it’s challenging and allows him to do what he loves.

“I’m passionate about Web development,” he says. “It’s like having an interesting puzzle to figure out.”

Rollin spends a lot of his free time at home on the computer, but he’s not doing much buying or selling. Instead, he’s developing more Web software. That’s no surprise. Clearly, that’s what he loves. The most recent item Rollin bought online, however, was a Slingshot Flying Screaming Monkey toy for his two sons.

He says his boys don’t watch much TV, so they have a lot of energy and do things outside. That helps Rollin get outdoors, too, to spend quality time with his kids.

Get to Know Us: Fahd Khan

The Faces Behind AucCom

by Sarah Brown

Fahd Khan is Auctiva Commerce’s software development manager. He’s been with the team since its inception more than three years ago.

Khan is in charge of managing and developing the awesome services Auctiva Commerce provides its customers. He keeps the Web performance and products stable, manages release cycles and gets the software out there, he says.

He began at Auctiva, Auctiva Commerce’s parent company, as an intern, more than four years ago when he was studying computer science at California State University, Chico. He really likes working at Auctiva because the company has “good people,” and he works with a great team, he says.

He also likes that he gets to solve problems and provide needed tools to online sellers.

“We try to gauge from the forums what people need,” Khan says.

With the rapid expansion of e-commerce, Khan recognizes the need for tools that help his customers succeed.

“You need to have easy-to-use, fast tools to compete,” he says.

The Store Designer has been one of Auctiva Commerce’s successful integrations that allow business owners to easily manage the look and feel of their online presence. Khan has been watching Auctiva Commerce Stores grow over the years as his team develops these new tools for them. One store in particular, Bakery Bits, stands out to him as a successful enterprise that came out of the Auctiva Commerce software.

Foosball and soccer aficionado

When Khan needs to take a break, co-workers may find him in Auctiva’s game room, which features air hockey and foosball entertainment. Foosball is quite the rage on the Auctiva campus, and Khan is one of many who compete for top recognition at Auctiva as a foosball master.

“Auctiva is actually where I learned to play foosball really well,” he confesses.

Khan is not only good in this table version of soccer; he’s also a huge fan of “real” soccer. He likes soccer so much, in fact—go FC Barcelona—that if he had his own TV show, it would center around discussions of soccer, he says.

He also enjoys acoustic music and started learning to play the guitar about five months ago. Khan’s something of an open book, he notes, but there is one thing few people know about him: “I can cook very awesome Pakistani dishes!” he says.

His favorite? Chicken Karahi.

Get to Know Us: Chris Eckland

April 25th, 2012 2 comments

The Faces Behind AucCom

by Sarah Brown

Recently, we sat down with Chris Eckland, the product manager of Auctiva Commerce, to learn about the man behind the product.

For more than three years, Chris has been delivering business services to online sellers and has, essentially, been the voice of Auctiva Commerce merchants. Eckland’s job is to be an expert on the product he leads, and to know what customers want. He tries to deliver improvements to sellers’ experiences and listens to ideas that come from their needs. That’s perhaps the main reason why he loves his job.

“It’s fun to see something come to fruition, when I can resolve issues and deliver features our customers want,” he says.

One such feature that came from a seller’s suggestion is the Store Designer, which lets merchants customize their storefronts with a simple drag-and-drop interface. By being a sort of middleman between customers and Auctiva Commerce developers, Eckland feels he’s helping customers grow their businesses, and that’s exactly what Auctiva Commerce is about.

“In our opinion, it’s one of the most robust e-commerce platforms, and is the easiest shopping cart to use,” he says.

It also has a very simple, attractive pricing plan. What you see is what you get, and there are no add-on fees, he says.

Family man, sportsman, online shopper

But Eckland is more than a face for Auctiva Commerce. He’s also a family man who likes to spend his free time with his kids and participate in outdoor activities like golf, mountain biking and snow skiing.

Golf seems to be pretty important to Eckland. In fact, his most recent online purchase was a golf driver, which he bought directly from a golf store, rather than from marketplace like eBay. In general, eBay is Eckland’s go-to for used-product bargains, but he likes direct sources when he wants to buy new.

“Part of the appeal for direct purchasing is the cross-selling of related items,” he says. “My perception is that there is also more information and customer reviews on direct sites.”

He’ll buy practically everything online because of its convenience… everything, except food, that is.

For that, he stays local, and Chico, CA, where Eckland lives, has a great farmer’s market every Saturday, where he regularly shops. He also enjoys the mosaic benches created by local artists and the nearby park for family fun. On occasion, he’ll go with his family to music events or other entertainment presentations.

Enjoying a slice of life

Aside from being amused by such artists as Keb’ Mo’, or diversions like the Luma light show, Eckland finds crime-drama shows interesting. Shows like “The Sopranos” and “Breaking Bad” present a slice of life people are generally not familiar with. It also helps that the acting is really good, he says.

“It’s a subject matter you know is out there, and you don’t want to deal with, but you want to watch it,” he says.

His own slice of life is pretty good, though, and that includes what he gets to do every week at Auctiva Commerce. Eckland genuinely enjoys his job and is happy to hear from his clients. So if you have any ideas you think would help an online business succeed, feel free to pass the idea along to Eckland.

Store Design 101

April 9th, 2012 No comments

Editor’s note: The following guest blog post comes from Amber Miller, a graphic designer of more than 19 years.

Store Design 101

You have an online store, and—like any other store owner—you are responsible for how the space looks. You need to become an online display artist. But don’t let this intimidate you. The challenge will be rewarding to you and most of all your customers.

It’ll help you create a professional and inviting store that visitors will want to frequent regularly. Here are five tips to get you started.

Tip 1: Consider product placement. Product Placement is key when any store design. People need to see what you are selling before anything else. For this reason, it’s important to display products prominently and above the fold. Yes, it’s good to tell visitors about your store, but resist the temptation to bog down your home page with text. Instead, create an About Us page to tell shoppers how long you’ve been in business and what inspired you to create your online store. Let the home page be a showcase for your items.

Tip 2: Don’t just use any photo. Photos sell products. They show visitors what you offer and the condition of the items, so make sure the product images are professional looking and represent your items accurately. Also, ensure you save them in large enough sizes for the potential buyer to see all the details of your items, and offer multiple views of your products. You want buyers to feel as if they were holding the items right in their hands.
Tip 3: Keep it simple. There was an adage used frequently when I was getting my degree in fine art: “Less is more.” I have found this advice very helpful—and very true in many visual endeavors. Simple designs are beautiful, so keep your store uncluttered and really focus on what you want to feature. Your products should not compete with each other, and potential buyers shouldn’t feel overwhelmed, either, so use white space to let items breathe and don’t use lots of different fonts and colors on your site. Remember, less is more.
Tip 4: Put your best foot forward. Make sure your logo, product descriptions, storefront, font choices, etc. look professional and polished, and be sure that your design choices reflect the tone of the products you are selling. Don’t be overly formal if you offer kids’ toys, for example.

Tip 5: Be visually relevant. If you are going with design trends, make sure you stay current. A great option is to choose classic fonts and design elements that aren’t likely to fall out of style. This way, you won’t have to update your store every few weeks. However, don’t be shy about updating your site’s look from time to time, for instance during the holidays when more visitors are likely to stop by. Creating a holiday-themed design might be what visitors need to make that purchase you want them to make.

Do You Know About the 1099-K Form?

March 30th, 2012 No comments

Editor’s Note: Please note that while we have put every effort into providing the most accurate information possible for this post, we are not tax professionals. We, therefore, encourage you to consult a tax professional.

April 17 is coming fast, meaning taxes are due in just a few weeks. We know this can be a stressful time for anyone, especially those running their own business. And for some online sellers, this year will mean dealing with a little form that may have come in the mail: the1099-K form.

This was the first time payment processors like PayPal, Amazon and credit card processors like Authorize.Net sent out these forms, which are meant to close the tax gap, or the difference between what people report on their income taxes and what they should report, says Steven Aldrich, the CEO of Outright.com, a bookkeeping tool for small businesses.

Credit card and payment processors sent these forms out beginning in January to sellers who had $20,000  or more processed through them and made at least 200 online sales. Those who sold on multiple marketplaces during 2011, or used multiple payment processors, will have received multiple 1099-K forms, Aldrich adds.

If you got one of these forms, you’ll want to pay attention to it. You see, payment processors sent out two copies of each form: one to sellers who qualified and one to the IRS. And yes, the agency will compare what sellers report on their income tax with what’s on the form. However, there is no need to panic, Aldrich assures us, even though you’ll likely notice a discrepancy between what you’re reporting and what’s on the 1099-K forms.

You see, the forms reflect the gross dollar amount processed for a seller. They don’t include listing fees, expenses or other deductions that lower sellers’ tax liabilities. The IRS knows this, so while it will compare what is reported to what’s on the forms, no one’s going to be knocking on your door if your number is different from what’s on the form.

“The IRS came out with a statement and said, ‘We won’t expect you to validate that number, we just want a fair number,’” Aldrich notes.

When you’re preparing your taxes, you’ll likely use a Schedule C form, which will be attached to your regular personal tax return form. Aldrich advises that “the important thing is to ensure that Line 1D on this form is the same or more than the sum” of the totals on your 1099-K forms.

As long as you have receipts for your deductions and consult a tax professional, you should be in good shape. As you’re trying to reduce your tax liability, remember that you can use expenses like supplies, boxes, packing peanuts and postage as deductions. You can also write off mileage you may have used to drop off your shipments or pick up inventory, even listing or processing fees you may have incurred during 2011 that were part of your business. Also note marketing expenses you had like Google AdWords, and, of course, what you spend on tax preparation.

Week 66:  November 9, 2011

At Private Collection Diecast and Memorabilia, shoppers will find an array of signed and unsigned model cars, motorcycles, race cars and more.  Owner Craig Boyce, who has been selling online for more than nine years, even has a few models of racing helmets for sale.  “I have many exclusive signed models from Formula One, MotoGP, movies and TV series,” he adds. “We have official signings, and supply photos of the merchandise being signed as proof of authenticity.”  Some of his top-selling items include Minichamps Formula One models, Minichamps Valentino Rossi models and Autoart one-eighteenth road cars, he says.  Boyce says he entered the model selling world because he saw a need for a seller specializing in models in Australia, where he lives. And sales have been good. Boyce gets between 140 and 160 orders every month.  The seller strives to make shoppers happy by providing them with good service, and upfront payment and shipping terms. He even lets them know they can call him if they have any questions.  He tells shoppers about his items on eBay, through his newsletter, local marketing, Google and Facebook, where he lists some of the items he has for sale.  Visit Private Collection Diecast and Memorabilia!

Week 65:  November 2, 2011

At WhatWig, shoppers will find an array of premium full lace and front lace wigs that look completely natural, notes store owner Atuche Onyia, an online seller of seven years. “My store is named WhatWig because when someone is wearing one of my wigs, you will not be able to tell that it is, in fact, a wig,” she says. “All of my wigs allow my buyers to have their own unique style and, if anyone asks them if they are wearing a wig, they will be able to say, ‘What wig?’” Onyia has worn wigs for years, and knows how hard it can be to find the right style and a fit that looks natural. Her shop aims to simplify the process by carrying an array of wig styles in several colors, and helping buyers find the right fit. The store’s Helpful Information page helps shoppers order the right size wig with a standard size chart and tips on getting the right head measurements. But if customers have questions, Onyia is more than happy to answer them. That isn’t a surprise. The site notes that Onyia understands how hard it can be to buy a wig without seeing and touching it, so she promises to “take extra steps to ensure you are provided with the best description and most accurate listings.” Onyia advertises her store on Google to attract new clientele, but she has a very loyal group of repeat customers, she says. They spread the word about her shop to their friends, and add to the store’s buyer base. To show her appreciation, Onyia regularly holds wig giveaways and is currently having one, which customers can enter until Nov. 30. Visit WhatWig today!

Week 64:  October 19th, 2011

Mike Barnow has been boating all his life. His father owned a hardware and marine-supply store. “He was boating since he left the navy,” Barnow explains.  Today, Barnow is following his father’s example with a marine supply store of his own, Marine Supply Direct.  The store offers thousands of boating supplies and accessories, including cleaning supplies, fishing tackles, chairs, watersports items, and engine and fuel supplies. But it’s pumps, steering systems, control cables and engine parts that are the most popular, he notes.  His distributor drop ships products to 48 states, so Barnow says he can list many more items than other sellers because he doesn’t have to worry about storing items. It’s a mixture of his vast inventory and customer service that make his store the destination for boaters, he adds.  Barnow took the store online after closing down his brick-and-mortar shop devoted to the same niche. Initially, he ventured onto eBay, but the listing and final value fees prompted him to look for another avenue to offer his products.  Not knowing a lot about designing a store, Barnow got assistance from Michelle G., another Auctiva Commerce seller who had helped a number of Auctiva Commerce merchants get their stores up and running. While she worked on the design, he focused optimizing his store for search engine visibility.  “When [Michelle] had the store ready, I opened with 400 items the first week. By the end of the month, I was showing up in the top five search engines for most of my items’ searches,” he notes.   Visit Marine Supply Direct !!

Week 63:  Septmber 28th, 2011

Hmm…maybe I should call this Store of the Month.  Anyway we’re back with another Auctiva Commerce store profile.   And just in time for holiday shopping it’s about toys.

For Pastor Dave Lincoln, selling online is a labor of love, in the most literal sense. Sales of kids’ ride-on toys and other items at his store, Speedy Solutions, help to support his ministry, which helps those who are down and out get back on their feet.  Lincoln’s biggest sellers are kids’ ride-on cars and motorcycles that parents can control remotely, though he continually watches market trends in search of new categories to expand his business. For example, having noticed that many of his buyers were women, he began offering women’s handbags. That move was successful enough that he recently launched a second Auctiva Commerce store, PrettyPurses.net.  Lincoln has found the Auctiva Commerce software and support staff to be very easy to work with. “I have found that the response times and responses from the help team are excellent. I have been very pleased with them,” he says.  Lincoln says his honesty and responsiveness in dealing with customers earn him a lot of referral business, and keep customers coming back. He even maintains spare parts for his products, just in case, and offers them at his cost.  “I always do everything I can to accommodate the customer, and will do refunds when necessary,” he says. “I get referrals because of my after-sales customer service.”   Visit Speedy Solutions today!

Week 60:  July 13th, 2011

Looking for something unique?  Then check out Driftwood Ocean Art – an Auctiva Commerce store that sells unique pieces of driftwood art created by the store’s owners, Robert Clare and Julie Deyes.  They started the store  after discovering the beauty of driftwood on a trip to Cardiff Bay Barrage where the couple frequently rode their bikes along the bay with their son. During one visit, Deyes spotted a large piece of driftwood on the rocks. “Julie commented that it would fit lovely into our garden, if only we could carry it,” Clare notes. “Being a typical male, I do not like defeat, and wrestled the said piece of driftwood onto the cycle path.” After getting the piece back home, Clare put the 12-foot piece of driftwood in their garden and agreed that it really did look great. This sparked the couple’s imagination, and they decided to gather smaller pieces from future trips to make other decorative pieces for the home. Clare soon gathered pieces to make a shelf. He listed it on an auction site, and “it sold almost immediately, and so the story started,” he says. This initial experience, coupled with lots of compliments from friends and family, encouraged the couple to open a brick-and-mortar store, where they could offer their driftwood creations. Today the couple operates this as well as an online store—Driftwood Ocean Art on Auctiva Commerce—where they sell their original clocks, mirrors, photo frames, lamps, shelves, decorative hangings and more!  Check out Driftwood Ocean Art today!

Janice Mayo describes her store as personal and unique, offering personalized party favors for any occasion. Though she only began her business in 2008, her items have already been featured in InStyle, Real Simple, Destination Weddings and Town & Country magazines, to name just a few. When the business began, Mayo specialized in personalized candy bar wrappers and water bottles. She had seen an episode of the Food Network’s show “Unwrapped,” and was inspired to try her hand at personalizing party favors. “I thought it was such a neat concept, and so I invested in the business,” she recalls. “After seeing all that I could do with personalized party favors, I sought ways to expand my product line.” Today, Mayo carries more than 1,200 items for any special occasion, from weddings to baby showers, to kids’ birthday parties. And almost any of her products can be personalized to make events extra special, she says. “My customers keep coming back, because I help them celebrate all of life’s events,” she notes. She says that customers can expect reliability when they shop with her, even on short notice. “I haven’t missed an event yet,” Mayo says. “If my customers inform me ahead of time of the need for a rush order, I can generally make it happen. Recently, I had an event planner contact me in need of party favors and she needed them within the next two days. I was able to put a rush on her items, and had everything shipped and in her client’s hands in less than 24 hours!”  Check out 123wrapper.com !

Week 58:  June 15th, 2011

Webstationten offers rocks, gems, minerals and fossils for people working in the laboratory, jewelers creating new pieces, or those just looking for unique gifts and metaphysical items.   Rich Heath has been selling, both online and off, since 1996. He decided to hit the Internet to bring in a little extra cash after retirement.   “A great opportunity awaits those who can understand the workings of the Web, both commercially and personally,” he says.   Initially, Heath was an eBay seller, but when the desire struck to start his own store, he chose Auctiva Commerce. While sales on his store are still growing, the software’s ease of use, its affordable price and its good customer service have made Heath happy, giving him another venue to sell his items.   The seller previously offered his items at local rock shows throughout the country to see what buyers wanted, and has used that feedback to fine-tune his current business. Today, he markets his business by including business cards and handouts in all of his shipments, as well as through word of mouth. So far, his biggest star has been his gemstones, though, he admits it’s still too early to know for sure which products will do the best.  Check out Webstationten!!

Week 57:  June 8th, 2011

When shoppers enter Sarah Nelson’s store, they’ll find “charming” products for their homes and gardens. At least that’s her shop’s official business motto. But Nelson’s personal motto is “a little better every day,” showing the seller’s determination to keep improving her store. Nelson loves “old fashioned things,” and focuses on providing quality products, she says. Some of the hottest items in the store are her 100-percent Egyptian cotton sheets and bedding sets, wrought iron garden trellises, vintage porcelain phones and Meyda Tiffany Lamps. Shoppers can also find kitchen accessories, wall art, window treatments and clocks, among many other items.  She spreads the word about her online shop through a mixture of search engine optimization, social-networking sites and word of mouth. The Charming Home Store is her second online venture using Auctiva Commerce, and while sales have been slow starting out, “Auctiva provides the tools and support for long-term success,” Nelson says.   “We tried it out briefly when Auctiva Commerce was first offered,” the seller notes. “In that first attempt, I realized I was not yet ready for an online venue outside eBay. Two years later, I felt I finally had the knowledge and experience to venture beyond eBay. I researched various e-commerce solutions available and came to the conclusion that Auctiva Commerce really was the best.”   Check out The Charming Home Store!

Week 56:  May 25th, 2011

Looking for vintage clothing items?  Then check out Xl3 Clothing Wholesale – a wholesale vintage clothing store started by Ramiro Moreno that has been using Auctiva Commerce since 2009.  “I first started selling on eBay, where I saw the Auctiva showcase that other vendors had on their listings, and that’s how I signed up with Auctiva,” the seller recalls. “I used to have an eBay Store when I read about Auctiva Commerce. I knew very little about computers but reading here and there I was able to set up my own online store. In my wholesale business, I used to have sales one week every month, but selling online is better because I can get retail prices and make sales every day.” Since opening X13 Clothing Wholesale on Auctiva Commerce, sales have been stronger than on eBay, Moreno notes. The software’s ease of use has allowed him to customize his store, complete with a fancy Scrolling Gallery that literally shines with inventory. The store is simple and organized so shoppers can easily find what they’re looking for, he adds. But what initially attracted Moreno to the e-commerce software was the value it seemed to provide. “What first drew me to Auctiva Commerce were the savings,” he adds.  Moreno’s shop is filled with hats, caps, scarves, jackets, kid’s apparel, sweaters, T-shirts and more. But some of the most popular items are vintage NBA jerseys, Starter Jackets and Izod Lacoste Sweaters. Having a surplus of these items from his brick-and-mortar days, Moreno says he often tests out a few items to see which are popular and which he should restock quickly.  Check out Xl3 Clothing Wholesale today!

Week 53/54:  May 4th, 2011

Rick Williams, owner of DisasterKitsUSA.com, says there’s no such thing as being too prepared these days. “My Family is really into preparedness,” he says. “[There are] so many disasters, storms, everyday emergencies such as car breakdowns, being without power, etc. You may need to survive on your own after a disaster. This means having your own food, water and other supplies in sufficient quantity to last for at least three days.” He notes that while rescue personnel will likely get to the scene shortly after a disaster, they can’t reach everyone immediately, so it may take time to get help. “Remember Hurricane Katrina?” he says. “People were stranded for days without anything or anyone to help them.” At DisasterKitsUSA.com, shoppers can find a variety of preparedness items, including first-aid kits, search and rescue kits, trauma kits and emergency products like pouches of water, walkie-talkies and more that they can call upon when the unthinkable happens. And buyers can be assured their items will arrive on time, in good condition, and that they’ll get great customer service, Williams adds. “Let’s all be prepared, you never know when disaster will strike,” he continues. “If you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail. Let’s protect our loved ones by being prepared by having our 72-hour kits fully stocked and ready at a moment’s notice.”    Check out DisasterKitsUSA.com !!

Week 52:  April 20th, 2011

Len Redenbach, owner of L.P.R. Toolmakers, has been in the tool business for more than 20 years. In fact, the seller says engineering tools are his life. “I studied engineering throughout my trade school,” he notes. Redenbach first took his Australia-based company online about five years ago by selling hammers, files, cutters and more on eBay. “[We] thought by selling online it could only benefit our business, which it has immensely,” Redenbach notes. However, as fees on eBay got steeper, Redenbach looked for an alternative and found Auctiva Commerce, having used Auctiva’s eBay tools to list his items on the auction site. Getting the buyer traffic that eBay offers has been a challenge, but Redenbach says sales are steady and emphasizes the importance of selling quality items over a large quantity of them. That’s not to say that his items are pricey, however; they’re actually “quite affordable,” Redenbach notes. “We have a range of items that not many people have,” he continues. “We have good customer service and a good reputation Australia wide.”   To help garner traffic, the company uses its Auctiva Commerce Store to advertise some of the swap meets it holds around the country, which feature the products sold in the store. This has definitely helped L.P.R. Toolmakers spread the word about its business.   “We regularly get customers who have found us online that come to our store at shows and say, ‘Hi,’” he notes. But one of the best things about selling online is that, now, Redenbach can sell his engineering tools to buyers not just in Australia, but around the world.   Visit L.P.R. Toolmakers.

Week 51:  April 6th, 2011

Need something nice for your home – particularly if you live in the UK?  Check out The House of Ashley – an Auctiva Commerce store that offers a large array of stylish home decor pieces and artwork.  The store is operated by Matthew McCartan who began selling online three years ago after the brick-and-mortar shop he owned lost its contracts as a result of the recession.  McCartan began using Auctiva Commerce to house his products last year, after first using Auctiva.com to list items on eBay. “I decided to change or die,” he notes. “So I used the products we had in stock for show houses, and sold them on eBay then moved to my own site.”  Importing items from Auctiva.com to Auctiva Commerce was easy, McCartan says.  And as he designed his shop, he aimed to create a good shopping experience by not only making the site easy to navigate, but by listing items in a way that would make them easy to find-making them searchable by type of product, color, style and design, and coordinated items. One of the hottest selling items in his store (and my personal favorite) is the retro lemonade clock he has in stock, but shoppers can find a variety of items to decorate their homes, from picture frames and bowls, to sculptures and figurines, to tableware.   Check out The House of Ashley today !!

– Page title additions. The Store Designer Web pages now displays the name of each store page as the page title, improving your search engine optimization and making your shop easier to find.

– Streamlined checkout. We’ve updated the checkout flow so buyers have to opt-in to create a store account when they buy an item, instead of having to opt-out.

We’ve also fixed numerous bugs and improved some of our existing tools. Read complete details about the release on the Auctiva Commerce Forum.
Thx,

Chris
